My free trial doesn't open. I had to uninstall and reinstall the software, yet it doesn't work. In fact, its function has become worse. Earlier, the software would open and freeze at a blank screen. However, now, it doesn't even reach that stage anymore. It opens, and sends a pop up saying the software is already installed "Would I like to continue with that?". Upon clicking yes, the software closes and gives no response from there. That's it.
May I know, when will this glitch or error be removed, because I am on a free trial and haven't been able to try it even once till now. This is the 5th day since I have been trying to contact your group, but there is no contact for the solution yet. Kindly please look into this.

I have a mac OS Catalina, and I believe, there is no specific fusion 360 software for the same. I hope, this is not the problem.
