Bizarre Dimension Contraint Issue - Fusion Ignores Input, Places Current Values

Hey folks, I'm having a bit of a weird one. Hopefully someone has insight.

I've put a decent amount of work into making this design fully parametric. I do this with all of my designs, so I can of course tweak all the feature parameters afterwards. Never had an issue before. However, on this particular design, I wanted to tweak the front angle of the piece, but when I adjusted the FX parameter, nothing changed.

This design had been acting a little funny, so to make sure something wasn't over-constrained, I deleted the constraint to test the range of movement without it. It tilted forward and backward with a full range of movement, well beyond what I was attempting to do.

So I went back in and re-entered the constraint manually to the one it had originally been at (100 degrees), without the link to the FX parameters. And it ignored this value and only entered in the value of the current angle I'd left it at.

What in the heck is going on here? I've never had Fusion ignore a perfectly reasonable dimension constraint. I'm sure if I rebuilt this design from scratch, it would just go away, but I (ideally) don't really want to do that. Any ideas for sorting this out?

I've attached the sketch in question to see if anyone else is having the issue with the sketch itself, or if it's something going on in my computer. I've removed the rest of the design, as the issue persists even if everything else is deleted.

Thanks for any help provided!
