Bend lines for flanges

Bend lines for flanges

I have a simple sheet metal plate with .5" flanges on opposite edges. I can fold and unfold the flanges but I do not see any bend lines. I can not make a drawing with a bend table because I do not have any bend lines. I have searched for this issue but I can't seem to find a solution.

When I look in the browser under Body I do not see any bend line entries. I must be doing something wrong but I sure can't figure out the issue.

Any advice would be a big help!

Thanks!

I have attached an example file that shows the simple part. What I want to do is un fold the part, then make a drawing and add the bend table. The problem is I can never get the bend lines to show. I had assumed these lines were created by Fusion when I make the flange using the flange tool.

Take a look at the Screencast to see the process of creating a Flat Pattern Drawing Layout.

Thank you very much for the help. I was trying to unfold and then make a drawing from the unfolded part, I failed to use the make flat pattern control.

Again, Thanks!!!
