Bend line not showing in flat pattern

Since today's update the bend lines are no longer showing on flat patterns.  Whats weird is the bend extents are there and can be turned on and off, but the actual bend line is missing.

Make sure you are viewing a flat pattern and then expand your browser and make sure both line types have the visibility eye beside them.  I do not have any issues with either turning them on or off.

I just tried an example part on my machine and got bend line.

Can you File>Export your *.f3d file to your local drive and then Attach it here to a Reply?

When I look at the flat pattern bend lines like you have in the image above it only shows extent lines.

I just made a new part in a new file and it works correctly.  The file attached (the one in question) was made BEFORE the update, so maybe that's the reason?  The fender is the culprit.

I assigned one of my 16 GA sheet metal standard materials to your component and the bend lines show up.  Changed back to your assign material and they disappear.  There is something in the material definition it does not like but I cannot lay my finger on it.

Its not a new sheetmetal rule, its one Ive been using for probably over a year with no problems.  Not sure whats going on, but it started yesterday after my fusion updated.

I had the same problem. For me it was the Miter/rip/seam gap setting in Sheet Metal Rules. I reduced it to close the gap on the 2 and 3 bend corners. If it's too small the bend line disappears. I think it's because the smaller seam gap interferes with the relief shape that the bend intercepts. Not sure if it's a bug or not. Hope this helps.

As @madtechie  mentioned this seems to be an issue with the mitre/rip/seam settings.

I also have this issue where I can't get bend lines but I can get bend extents.

If I suppress the earlier flange that creates my folds on the side, the bend lines come back (but obviously I lose the bends I want) unsuppress the flange and the bend lines go away again.

I would consider this a pretty bad bug

Hi,

Thank you, that works fine, I guess you changed something to do with the reliefs there?

Cheers!

Same thing is happening to me, just seems like it is only happening when I extrude the sheet metal part from a line drawing. If I create a base piece of sheet metal, then do all my brakes where they go, the lines show up.
