BASIC ACCESS = NO ACCESS?

I have the Personnel license and this morning it pops up a BASIC ACCESS tab. I can open a drawing that I've saved in the past but when I try to 3D print it, that is grayed out. I tried to edit the drawing, and it appears that it behaves normally, however it does not save the line I added. Nothing is shared with anyone anywhere. I can't delete 'dead' drawings, basically it has become useless overnight. What's up with that?

Can you File>Export your *.f3d file to your local drive and then Attach it here to a Reply?
