Backup recovery file failure

I'm in need of some help recovering a file.

While I was working on editing the appearance I guess I clicked something a bit to fast for fusion and it crashed the program. This happens a lot when I'm applying chamfers or fillets, and occasionally, this causes the backup file specifically of what I'm working on to not open/corrupt(?)

For reference I've tried manually recovering the backup (copying from the backup location, renaming it to an .f3d file, and uploading through the data panel which only gives me an "The path is not a valid zip package error") and I'm kinda at the end of my rope on this one.

None of my other recovery files have this issue, it's only the one that actually matters of course.
I've attached the backup file in a .rar archive, and hopefully someone can help me get this recovered. Loosing a days worth of work is really kinda awful.

This can be closed. I'm pretty sure that I know what went wrong.

I have bad internet and most of my files are around 200+mb. I have the ctrl+s down to a reflex because of issues like this. But what I'm realizing is that everytime I hit ctrl+s it queues that save to be uploaded to a cloud. Now this would be fine if had decent enough internet but constantly queuing these large files slows everything down and nothing gets uploaded. So when I've ben doing this for a day and fusion crashes because it didn't like the fillet I was trying to apply, during a backup recovery creation, it looses all of my progress and corrupts the backup recovery.

The fact that fusion doesn't let me locally save files strikes again. I've resigned myself to not being able to recover this file as it's only 11mbs when it should be something like 200ish, so I'm assuming that it failed mid-save.
