Is there a way to backup all project files simultaneously to a local location or am I stuck wasting hours of my day mind numbingly backing up each file individually?

I think the best you can get is to open your data panel, select a folder, right click and select Add to Offline Cache.  It will put all files in one place on your hard drive.  The problem is the .f3d files are all mixed in with other cached files but Windows File Explorer can sort them out.  The file name is changed but the original file name is buried in it so you can recognize it.  From there you can move them to any folder you desire.  Not the whole project by far but a little quicker than Export each one individually.
