I would like to ensure that I can once a month backup every design file in my company's Fusion360 (even the ones that were not shared with me). I would assume this would be possible for the admin. What is the simplest way to do this?

Good day @ericfrontier,

I haven't seen such a feature built into Fusion 360, not sure if there is a 3rd party option.

One thing I have found is to cache an entire project locally and then copy the files over from there to an external backup.

Thanks @P-BvanWyk. I am following the instructions to cache an entire project here: https://help.autodesk.com/view/fusion360/ENU/?guid=ASM-CACHE-DESIGN

It very simple to just right-click and click Add to Offline Cache. The problem is, most projects do not give me this option. The right-click menu will either say "Request Access" or "Leave."  Why is that?

In the Admin hub for the team, I am Team Administrator, and Owner, so I'm not sure why I cannot backup/cache some projects.

On my side, I can see that the Default project cannot be cached, not projects that I don't have access to.

Could be that another user created a closed project, so you will have to request access.

For more information, you can access the project through Fusion Team on your browser.
