Axis Labels

Definitely feel like I'm missing something very easy here.

The axis labels for X and Y are Sideways. My head is not 90 degrees off my shoulders, it is straight up. There must be some way to turn the letters "up", like I've added in the attached picture.

Of slightly less note, the negative labels of the X axis are confusing as well. Why not both in the positive direction? Or is this customizable? I have looked around in the help and forums for a while but I came up rather empty. A better option, can I turn the labels off period? It is very distracting coming from professional grade software in which the user can customize the layout to suit their own tastes. I understand there are going to be limitations here, but I feel ripped off for what I paid.

I'm not sure I understand the question/issue. At the top right, we have the ViewCube, showing that you are looking down on the part, with Y going north, X going east/west, and Z is headed straight at you.

Correct about the picture. I added some numbers on one of the axis (in the picture) - facing the right way - towards the user. What I do not understand is why are the numbers not facing the user. They are looking off in the distance, 90 degrees off. Take a look at the forum page right now - Every word, symbol, etc. is all aligned to face the user. It's just confusing to have the axis labels be that way - Is there no way to disable them?  There are many UI quirks with Fusion - but this seems like such an easy thing to deal with.

I do not think the reference numbers can be turned but you can turn them off easily, you seem to indicate you desired this if you could not change the orientation.

Thank you John. I wish all these options were in the Preferences menu but I will try to be more cognizant of the icons not directly on the menu bar.
