Autodesk's network completely broken right now?

I am unable to sign in to Fusion 360 at all right now; every time I sign in, it flips over to the program, sits there for half a second, then immediately logs me back out and sends me back to the browser to sign in again. This has been going on for over an hour now, and when attempting to contact support via chat, either the Autodesk chat system or the agents themselves have disconnected the chat in the middle of the conversation without making any progress or effort to address the problem. Not sure what is going on over there, but something is obviously very, very broken.


Edit: Yes, I did check the status page, and it claims that all of the Fusion 360 services are up and healthy, which is clearly not the case.

I just signed out and back in without issue.  I would suggest that you restart you system, check you internet connection with the Fusion 360 Service Utility.  If that does not help, maybe do use the Reset Fusion 360 option in the utility.

Internet connection is fine, Fusion 360 and Autodesk's support system are the only things not working right now, and according to the email reply I finally got from the first agent, they explicitly stated they were experiencing network issues (which are not being reflected on the service status page), so the question is really how wide spread and when is it likely to be fixed. Based on your experience, it seems that it is not a complete outage, but enough to interfere with both customers and their own support agents and systems. I will try the Fusion 360 reset option later tonight if the issue is still present, assuming they will address their own internal network issues eventually.
