Since last Wednesday, you may have noticed a decreased particpation rate from the Autodesk employees on the forums. Some of you may have also tagged one of us in a thread, only to be ignored. We aren't ignoring you guys, there's a valid reason, albeit a bad one. The notification system has broken for users who hold an @Anonymous email address. No mentions, no replies, no "new threads" are coming through to us. We do have a Slack channel that we monitor for new threads, but it doesn't tell us anything about how a thread might be heating up, or if we've been "@"-ed. I don't even think PM notifications are going through either.....
