How can I disable this, it seems to run permanently, even when I am not using Fusion.  

 

Not only is there a clear privacy issue here as it must be collecting data on everything that I am doing, but what a horrible waste of energy!

Hi @susan458, thanks for posting.

Make sure you have checked all the Autodesk apps (for example AutoCAD, Desktop Connector, etc.). Each application has separate setting for this functionality. Maybe one of them is also launching the Autodesk Analytics Client Service. In most cases, the ability to change this setting should be in the drop-down list next to the help icon in the upper right corner.
