You need to clarify your question.  Are you talking about changing a 2D Drawing or are you talking about an Assembly Model, so many users call these drawings?  Also, what do you mean by Change?  It is clear in your head what you want, but you did not express it so others could react.  If it concerns a model, please attach it.  If you do not know how to attach your Fusion 360 model follow these easy steps. Open the model in Fusion 360, select the File menu, then Export and save as a F3D or F3Z file to your hard drive. Then use the Attachments section, of a forum post, to attach it.

I will try to explain it better. I have made a drawing and added it to a assy. Then I went and made some changes to the original drawing. I would like to know how to update the part in the assy. I hope this makes more sence.

What I an trying to ask is I have made a 2D drawing. I made a separate assy. I put the 2D drawing in the assy. Then I went and made a change to the 2D drawing. How do I update the 2D part in the assy?

OK, so first, it is probably important to clarify some terminology, which is probably throwing off people.  In Fusion, a "drawing" is like a drafting page - with a border, a title block, multiple views of a 3D model, dimensions, and other annotations.  You cannot insert a drawing into an assembly.  In fact, in Fusion, there is no notion of an "assembly".  There are just designs.  A design can be part-like or it can be assembly-like, depending on what it contains.

So, if I were to re-word your post here in Fusion terminology, I suspect you mean:

"I have made a design containing a sketch. I made a separate design. I inserted the design containing the sketch in the new design. Then I went and made a change to thedesign containing the sketch. How do I update the 2D part in the assy"

That is relatively easy to answer.  If you have made a change the the design containing the sketch, and saved it, this UI will appear in the top-level ("assembly") design:

Those yellow triangles indicate that an external (inserted) design is out of date.  If you click on the one at the top, it will update.  You can also right-click on the component in the browse and get the latest version that way:

I am sorry, you need to attach your model as requested.  You normally do not "put a 2D drawing into an assembly", so your statement does not make sense.  If you would supply your model, then maybe I can figure out what you want to do.
