As soon as I open my Fusion 360, two offline / online notices pop-up and then close the application.

a "you have been in offline mode for over 2 weeks, switching to online mode", and "Cannot switch to online mode either, the application will now exit" notices comes up although I just installed the application. They then exit the application after I close the notices. I have uninstalled and reinstalled this countless times but it stills says the same thing. I work on windows by the way.
