Are Fusion services down currently?

Before updating Fusion I was online. Now, I'm getting a network outage detected message:

However when checking online all Fusion services appear working:

Is this because of the BIM 360 maintenance?

I'm having the same issue. I have restarted F360 and restarted my MacBook with no resolution of this problem.

Same here, unexpected outage shown but health page looks good.

Getting this on both 2021 M1 mbp and 2020 intel/i7 imac.

After just sitting and waiting for an hour, restarting my Mac several times and F360 about 6 times it has finally connected.... No clue what caused this or what resolved it.

I also tried restarting both Fusion a number of times and the computer itself with no luck. I used the "repair" function of the Fusion Service Utility and then it connected instantly.

I am experiencing the same exact issue. I opened fusion this morning around 8:30, I opened a couple of projects and even sent out for a cloud render and got it back very quickly, then at some point soon after it started running very slowly so I restarted the software and my laptop, when it woke back up I tried to open fusion again but I saw the error message that there is an outage as well as the one in the middle of my screen saying that there was not enough saved data to operate in offline mode. when I clicked ok on it the program closed, from then on I have not even been able to open the program at all.

Down for me as well. It seemed to happen when I restarted with an update.

Hi all,

Have a go at the solution in this article.
You can also try just deleting the loginstate.xml file located in /User/Library/Application Support/Autodesk/Web Services.

Cheers,

Karina

Hey Karina,

Gave your suggestion a try and fusion now allows me to log in, however, we do not have access to any of our cloud CAM tool libraries within the tool library dialog still. Any suggestion? Thanks!

Thanks, @karina.harper - deleting the LoginState.xml file fixed the problem for me.
