Archived projects lost (and old ones repeated)

I can't find a lot of my archived projects.

When i go to https://myhub.autodesk360.com/g/all_projects/archived i only find a few of them (either the most recent or from 2 years ago).

After i scroll down it seems that it loads a few more, but something weird is happening, it keeps reloading the same ones, so i end up with a list of projects that looks like this A, B, C, D, E, F, D, E, F, D, E, F and so on. Some of them are repeated like 4 times. The worst of all is that all of the projects that which names start with OT are not listed neither and i usually name all of them with those two letters.

The search bar doesn't work with the archived projects neither, but i think this is on purpose with archived projects, unfortunately.

Can you take a look at it, please?

Thank you.

David.

Hi @cnc_comega,

Thanks for posting. The web browser interface doesn't fetch all the projects at the same time. It gets an X amount of projects each time you scrolls down. If you try clicking on the Column name "Created On" (to order the results), can you find the project?

Also, what is the exact name of the project you are looking for?

e.g.: OT0124 - MANETA ALUMINIO (ORIOL)

e.g.: OT0095-04-3 - Placa salida cableado

The first project was created and archived a week ago.

The second one the past month (May).

I have tried to scroll down as far as i can but i cannot find them.

Clicking on the Column name "Created On" does not show them neither.

Hi @cnc_comega,

It seems that the projects that you mentioned are still there - it must be a fetching issue on a browser site. I would encourage you to transfer your data from your Personal hub to your Fusion team hub, it has many advantages. Team hubs allow for more control and better collaboration with your data, although collaboration is not necessary.

Do you want to unarchive certain projects? If yes, please provide me a list of project names.
