Arc/Line won't snap to sketch... arrgghh.

So I've been trying to follow a tonne of tutorials on Youtube for Fusion360, but I always get to the same point where i create a new sketch, then the tutorial snaps to a line/arc to another sketch, but on mine it won't snap, it just hovers anywhere it wants as if there's nothing there, nothing to snap to. I'm running the current latest version of Fusion360.

I am guessing that you have one of your Preferences turned off which will give you a problem like you are describing.  Take a look at my screencast and see if this solves your issue.

In the future, please attach your model, if you can, so the forum users can explain your issue solution on your model making it more relevant.  It also prevents having to develop a model to demonstrate with.
