Application Freezing

I have an issue where the Fusion 360 app is freezing up an awful lot. I notice the app stops responding when trying to Quit from the Dock regardless of if there is a project that needs to be saved still open. The app often hangs for extended periods that I have learned to be issued with the apps slow performance processing a model but during these times, about half stay frozen requiring a force quit.

I have reported the error when prompted to do so dozens of times without any response on the issue.

The computer has basically never given me any problems with anything I have thrown at it before so I understand where Fusion 360 might be intensive however I think there is a bigger problem happening rather than thinking my computer is too slow. (It actually works pretty fast where I have plenty of cores to work on other projects while it decides what it wants to do.

Before I make additional investments, I figure I should ask the form if anyone has any ideas, I would eventually like to be able to work with some pretty intense files for CNC work, and being able to take a lunch break between every edit does not make that very feasible.

Does this happen even with a very basic design, or does it seem to happen with specific designs?  If it is with specific designs, then most likely, it is not "freezing", but instead is just really busy trying to do some operation.  What operations are you doing at the time of these freezes?  Can you post some information about a design that you are working on so we can take a look.  There are some operations you should stay away from (e.g. use feature or face pattern instead of sketch pattern) that can help make things more tolerable.

Hello,
after the last few updates I observe extremely unstable behavior of Fusion. Either it freezes or ( it's not responding), whether we're in a design mode or a manufacture mode. Manifested in almost all operations we use!?!?! This bug also appears on 3 computers that I use. I assure you that they are powerful enough and I checked several times what is performance was during the freezing and no processes (CPU, memory, etc.) was more than 40% loaded.

Disappointing... Appreciate the info, will have to do some more research on this, really prefer not having to move to another platform.

It's really across the board... Most noticeable when I have it minimized when not using, just freezes without any design open.
