Application for startup License

Hi!

I Founded a company to produce Parts for live-Steam parts earlier this year. Now I am interested in an Startup- license for the machining extension.

While filling out the application form i found out that there is no selection for "2021", it starts in 2020 and goes back further.

So what is the deal here?
