Appearances: "Unassign and Delete" not greyed out but doesn't do anything. No warning given

Appearances: "Unassign and Delete" not greyed out but doesn't do anything. No warning given

When an appearance is applied to a physical material and can't be deleted the option is greyed out like so:

When it's not tied to a physical material it's not greyed out and it's clickable like so:

But as you can see from the video it doesn't get deleted and I do not receive a warning.

 

It's literally a duplicate just allow me to delete it. Half the time it'll just go away on its own anyways after closing and reopening the appearances dialogue.

 

EDIT: Looks like the warnings are delayed by a few minutes. 

 

Also closing and reopening the appearances dialogue didn't remove the duplicate. However clicking "Delete all unused" for the third time actually deleted it this time. Crazy how hit and miss every feature of this program is.
