Appearances not working fully

When altering "appearances" most materials work fine, except for wood. I am careful to select bodies, not faces. Clicking on any of the wood colours just produces a uniform grey colour with no texture. This is a new phenomenon for me. I am sure it used to work. I am using the free version.

I see not issues in applying a Wood appearance. As you can see I am using a Fusion 360 Personal License also. i have attached the model I used so open it and see if the body has the appearance set on your system. I would recommend using the Fusion 360 Service Utility to Repair your application.

Thanks for your help. I tried the repair facility you suggested but it
hasn't worked. All the other material appearances work but not the
woods, which all appear in various shades of grey.

Thanks for your reply John. Tried the repair facility but it didn't work. All the woods look grey but other materials like metals etc work fine.
