Anyone know whats up with Machine Simulation?

I went to simulate some tool paths on a machine simulation, and got a message that No post-processor set on the Machine. So I went in to the setting for the machine, and saw that all my simulations in my cloud library had messages that the machinesimulation.cps file wasn't found. Then I looked in the Fusion 360 library, and now there are not any machines found. What is going on here?

Keep in mind, I had all these machine simulations setup and working. I also have used these on 3 different computers, and worked on all 3, until they didn't...

I even went into preview to verify that I hadn't accidentally unselected Machine Simulation or Machine Builder, both were selected as they should be. Any ideas? Thanks!Simulate.jpgMy Machines.jpgFusion 360 Library.jpgPost Processor.jpg

Are you using the new way of post process a G code or the old way, if you are using the new way try going back to the old way and see if they come back?lllllllllll.png

Hello @service.jlhannangroup

You probably have unchecked the feature flag for "Automatically get latest Posts and Machines", in the preferences of your account.

You can either download this post from the online library, using this link.

Then you will have to recreate the link between the machine configuration file and the post processor.

You should point the folder where you will copy the machinesimulation.cps

Or you can re-enable the featureflag, this will automatically allow the software to grab the post online.

We are not installing the complete library of post processors each time you update Fusion.

You can allow to fetch them using the feature flag, or download and copy them to a personnal folder, either on cloud or locally.

Have a pleasant day.

Regards.

It was the feature flag for "Automatically get latest Posts and Machines", I  have that off, because in the past it has screwed with my customized cloud posts. I'll leave it enabled, and hopefully no issue going forward! Thanks!
