Hi,
Attached video screencast is showing a strange behaviour of Fusion 360 in the Animation mode:
After I create a few of the camera views in the various places on the time line, while playing the storyboard one of the captured views is being divided sudenly and playback is stopped. CTR+Z command do not fix the issue. Everytime when playing is restarted the new camera view is put randomly destroying the storyboard. While video file is exported the recorded transitions between camera view are zooming in and out in the places where unwanted dividing took place. Even if the storyboard is created and not played in the Fusion 360, exported video file has the strange zoom in and zoom out transitions.
Hi @Anonymous,
Thanks for posting and sending a video!
Would you mind also sending the model? You can see how here.
Thanks a lot!
I have found out that the animation storyboard issue is related to the account type to which I am log in. In the begining I used to use educational licence account. Now I work with the trial version of Fusion 360 in my company and I still wait for full version. The situation looks like that if I am log in to my company trial licence account, there is all the time issue with storyboard for all the model which I am working on so sharing them with you is not the point. When I relogin to my educational account everything works perfect. If I export and import the file from trial account to educational I won't face with the bugs at all. I hope that after the trial version is converted to full commercial licence, the issue disapear.
Hi Julia,
I have the same issue as Lucasz. Were you able to diagnose the issue? I have found if I publish immediately after changing the camera view (without previewing the animation) the video is fine. It is an extremely challenging problem that I have tried to fix several ways to no avail.
Thank you for your attention to this matter,
Paul
Hi @Anonymous ,
Does this happen within every design where you try to make a storyboard? Can you create a screencast? If it's just one, can you please share a link to your design?
Thanks,
