Attempting to open Fusion 360 app on a Samsung Galaxy Tab tablet running Android 10.0 from a Restricted User and getting the error "This change isn't allowed by your admin" and nothing else.  Must close the app and cannot sign on.  I  can sign on to myhub.autodesk360.com via the browser as the Restricted User, and I can sign on in the app as the Admin user.  (I have already enabled access to the Fusion 360 app for the Restricted User.)

Is there any way to get Fusion 360 to work as a Restricted User?

Hi, Thanks for using Fusion

Can you please elaborate on restricted user?  also can you please attach the screenshot here for more clarity.

The Fusion 360 error is just a blank white screen with the error:

Samsung offers a feature for setting up Restricted Users that limits what all they can do on the tablet.  I can choose which apps they are able to launch and it prevents them from completely messing with things.

Thanks for sharing it. I am not completely sure of this Restricted user workflow. however, can you try reinstalling it with a restricted user account and see if you can get it through.

Also is this the same behavior with other generic android apps: Gmail etc.,

Well, that is one of the restrictions on the user - they cannot install applications.

Other applications that I have granted access to seem to be working fine for the Restricted Account: Vault Mobile, Outlook, etc.  It is just faster and easier for these users to find certain things within Fusion360 rather than having to sign in and search Vault.

Frankly not sure of this behaviour in mobile. Reached out to the development team for more investigation. will get back to you.
