Android App does not show all components

For a long time I've had the issue that the android app does not show all the components in a design. I've updated the app a number of times and this continues. It roughly tracks that if you save a design from a computer with parts hidden, the android app will act like those parts just flat out don't exist. When you go to the designs list they just aren't there, meaning the item is not in the list at all. This is amazingly frustrating when you're trying to show designs from a mobile device and then can't show the entire thing.

If in my design I have the following components, and save it in the following way from the computer:
Component A - visible
Component B - Hidden
Component C - visible
 - Sub-component CA - visible
 - Sub-component CB - hidden
 - Sub-component CC - hidden
Component D - hidden

 - Sub-component DA - hidden

 - Sub-component DB - hidden

The android app will show only the following under the designs menu with no way to show the missing items.

Component A
Component C
 - Sub-componentCA

This is on a samsung Galaxy S8+ with android 9. App Version 2.3.7
However I've had this issue for well over a year at this point and can't recall exactly the android software version and app version I first noticed it on.

Not sure how the app works but if you use a share link to view a design you only see what's visible at the last save, sounds like the app's the same.

This is one of those situations where it can be useful or not. I've used it where I only want a customer to see part of the design but I can see at times this is not what you want. Really need some way to set the default behaviour.

If this is in fact the intended behavior, I guess it's not a bug, but it sure is a huge oversight.

The app isn't quite the same as sharing links through the web interface. The app is signed into with your account and gives you access to all of your projects and designs. Except for this issue where it isn't showing pieces of the design that were hidden at your last save. Seems that since the app is marketed as your mobile extension of the software to let you bring up and collaborate on models anywhere, you should have the ability to access the whole of your own designs.

I supposed it can be argued that I should be turning visibility on for all parts when I save, but that's not how my workflow always goes. And more than once this has bitten me when I want to show someone a design when I'm away from a computer.

Just remembered you get the same if you go to your online dashboard\hub Could be just a limitation of what's available to the viewer in the saved design. But yes not a bug but just missing capability. The problem with the online viewer has been discussed in a few posts, not sure if there where any answers in those posts.

Even worse is if you forget to roll the timeline to the end. This has caused me problems with assemblies, open the assembly update and errors and warnings everywhere! After a few seconds of panic it dawns on you you forgot the roll the timeline to the end in a linked design.
