"Save Copy as" saves empty Design for certain subassemblies

Hi!

During the last days I broke up one of my design into smaller subassemblies. To do so, I saved subassemblies with the "Save copy as"-function. 

It worked just fine for some of the components. But unfortunately other components did not work. Fusion creates a Design with the name in the correct location but the design is completely empty ( no bodies, components etc.). Nevertheless the timeline shows items but I cannot acces/edit these items. 

I attached 2 screenshots, one from the original large assembly and one from the Copy that shows items in the timeline but does not have any body/components.

Did anybody come across this problem or have an idea what causes this behavior?
