Am I the only one having trouble with chat support? or any support?

I assume it is not a real person, if it is, it must be chat-bot assist because they typically drop or answer specific questions with "I hope you are well?" or "how can I help you solve your problems".  To me that says, I haven't read your question.  

 

Customer service call back just hung up on me about 2 minutes ago.

I have had a couple support cases open for several months now.

Very simple things.

No one responds here and I can not get a call from anyone with answers.

Very very frustrating.

It seems there is no customer support.
