Alternative shading styles in drawings?

I'm trying to submit a design/drawing to a patent attorney but they've specifically requested I give them drawings with shading done with light-weight lines and stippling instead of the rendered look Fusion offers.

I've included an example of what they're looking for; so far I haven't been able to figure out a workaround. 

 

Is there a way to do this in Fusion or am I going to have to hire an illustrator?

As far as I know, you can not do that in Fusion.
