All projects lost after expired licence

Hi all,

I was using Fusion360 with an evaluation licence with which I've created less than 10 projects (due to the limitation) all stored on the cloud under my team name. Account created in April 2021.

 

I did not notice during the last few weeks/months that it has been expired.

So I recently updated the licence by choosing the one for a non commercial usage.

I was able to use again Fusion360 with the same account/team but all my projects gone!

 

I've open a ticket at the customer support level (customersupport at autodesk.com)

CaseNo:18460428. Subject: Anciens projets perdus [ ref:_00D308uIL._5003gGdD5B:ref ]

I've tested all the given methods given without any success (archiving/recovering etc.) 

What I understand is after 30 days of an expired licence, all the projects are lost.

 

I spent so many hours on those personnal projects that I can't believe there is no possibility to retreive them even following another way.

 

This is why I'm creating this post.

Please go to this web site, click on the Get Started icon, and enter your exact Autodesk ID you used when you created your Fusion 360 projects.  One logged in select the Fusion 360 icon and you should see your work.
