All my recent saves are in name only...

Hi there. Hope you are all holding up ok.
Yesterday I was working on a file all day and kept saving all the changes like normal. then after a big turning point and cleanup I even resaved with a new name.
All these saves inc the new named one are still there with their time imprints spot on.
But when I open any of them from yesterday, they are all the same file set from the night before...
I seem to have lost a whole days work, even though it looks like it should have saved.
All the little picture previews look the same i.e. they have not kept up with the changes...
There is nothing in the recovery folder either.
I'm even scared to re do the work in case it happens again...
Thanks guys 🙂

I would do a quick test to validate what may or may not be happening.  Create a basic simple box, save it and close.  Open it up, verify, then add a simple feature like a hole, save, close the file.  Reopening the file should give you the answer you need to know if the application is saving spas it should.  The whole process will not take more than a couple of minutes to either give you the confidence to move forward or post back with a Screencast showing the actual issue.

Thanks I have tried that and it seems to be working again as far as saving and resaving the simple new box.
Here is a Screen of my saving history for the problem part.
All the ones in the bracket are identical to the one in the circle, no progress was saved (and I did a lot of work), just the times stamped on the "GhostSaves".
As I said, I also saved as a new name but that has no history to see as it was only V1...

Fusion had some saving issue earlier this week after the first upgrade.  They then release a second hotfix that was suppose to correct it.  Current version of Fusion 360 is: 2.0.9642 make sure you are upgraded to this version.  I do not know what to tell you about your previous situation.  As with any application, you need to verify your work from time to time.  I do it often in Fusion 360, I save and close and then turn around and open to verify especially if it is important.  Sometimes I Export a copy to my hard drive as a interim save when I only what to preserve a mark in time but not add a version.  Everyone has their methods.

Thank you for your help John.
I must have the latest version, it seems to just update itself.
Is there a way I can see just offline saves or is that overriden by cloud saves when you have connection?

If you use the Export command, you chose the folder to save in so you can select it using the Open command, From my Computer option anytime you desire.  These Exports do not show up in the Data Panel.  You may be interested in reading about Fusion 360 Cache but I will warn you it is a totally different workflow.  Cache files are normally used for working offline.
