I'm selecting circular geometry so I would expect the two bosses to align axially.
I'd like this:
To be aligned like this:

Also if you watch the video [at second 10] the align tool doesn't align anything after selections have been made:
The Align tool works OK with latest Build (2.0.16265) on a Windows Pro computer.
