Align Tool: Changing "angle" sometimes "flips" instead

So if I align this part and then click the angle button to rotate it 90° the part actually gets flipped instead sometimes. Issue does not seem to persist if the flip button is pressed (unless the align tool is closed out before being applied):

 

Uploaded .f3d model was saved prior to using the Align tool.

Thanks you for reporting this issue! Yes, it looks like a bug for the Angle's change. As you said, if you click the Flip button and then change the Angle, the issue is gone. Let me log a defect to track this issue.

This seems to have gotten worse with time and and much worse after the last update. Would more examples of this help?
