After update one recent file in a project won't open (failed to download file)

I was editing this file last night, shut down fusion and when I restarted this morning the file (only one of several) shows as 'file is not available right now', when I try to open it I get the helpful dialog "Failed to download file". If I try to open it in the IOS app I get 'Sorry: file isn't available (FENF-711)'. I have 6-7 hours of work into this design so I'd really like to avoid starting over from scratch.

Until this is solved I guess I have to 'export' to f3z everything before I shut down, is there some easier way to keep local copies of work so they aren't lost by the Autodesk cloud machinery?

I found a workaround for this... the ecosystem (A360 hub, F360 OSX, F360 IOS) seems confused by this file and either fails to open it or shows it with a spinner/throbber (forever) -- however the version button in F360 still works and I can see a previous version of my design (which is my most recent), then click on the "promote" function (which I always through was going to post it to Facebook or something, but it really means 'promote a copy of this version to the top of the version stack').

The bad version is still in the history and still can't be opened, but the promoted version is working well and isn't missing any changes.

What I suspect happened is that this project is shared with someone else and they opened the design to look at it then rotated it or made some other 'viewing' change, and then just shut down fusion forcefully -- this created a new version which was locked on Autodesks side but wasn't actually uploaded by the other user.

I've turned off sharing on this project and created another throwaway 'share' project I can copy designs into to collaborate on w/o risking losing access. I've also made an export copy just in case.

Attached the winning click in case someone else runs across this.
