I post this again to the same error I mentioned here :

https://forums.autodesk.com/t5/fusion-360-support/sorry-fusion-was-unable-to-save-sufficient-data-fo...

"I am trying to open fusion first time after installation

it gave me 2 messages on series

message 1 :

Sorry, Fusion was unable to save sufficient data for Offline mode and needs to go Online. Please make sure you have a working Internet connection to continue.

message 2 :

Cannot switch to online mode either. Please check your internet connection. Application will exit now. "

its about month of same error with tons of trying for finding solution

this time I collect all log files manually & attached it according to this  link:

https://knowledge.autodesk.com/support/fusion-360/learn-explore/caas/sfdcarticles/sfdcarticles/How-t...

I hope to find enough support

Thank you for the log files and sorry for the inconvenience. We are looking at the log files to see what could be the issue.

I assume that you have continued to use Fusion offline and that all your files are stored locally?

Can you please try a few things for me. With a month of being in offline, it certainly is that you are on our older builds.

20200819T135651 D getHubStatusFromJson-SSLHandshakeErrorJSON:
20200819T135651 D SitesAPIResult (Bad DNS Server):

1. Can you flush your DNS and restart your machine. There are plenty of google search pages that can help you with this if you are not already aware. This could help.

2. Resetting your modem/router would be another tact to try (Generally if #1 does not work, I don't see this working either but certainly with trying)

3. IF the above two does not work, please go into

C:\Users\USER ID\AppData\Local\Autodesk\ Delete the folder "Web Services"

C:\Users\USER ID\AppData/Roaming\Autodesk\Neutron Platform\Options\Reman file "NMachineSpecificOptions.xml"

Now restart Fusion 360 - see if this helps

If none of this helps we will have to look into the uninstall/reinstall option but without deleting any of your local folder where you have been saving your work for the past one month.

We are looking at other details in the log to see what else could be happening.

Can you try to login here and let us know what happens? login.autodesk360.com

This is very interesting. I would have expected the login to fail there. here are my next couple of things to get into the root of what could be happening.

1. Regarding the uninstall/reinstall - you mentioned that you have done it multiple times and it did not work. When was the last you tried the a reinstall? I ask because you latest logs still shows a very old build. If you reinstalled anytime recently it should show you 2.0.8809 as the version. your logs shows a version from a month back. So to eliminate this can you try the reinstall once again please? Can you use this page and do the uninstall?

2. If that does not work as well then can you follow this article and send in logs? The should help with more insights into where we are not able to get connections we need.

It's the most funny thing I saw during debug setup errors at all 😂

at first I need to thank you for your patient & consistent responses

1 - I uninstalled the program Automatically, then manually and this time I go to fusion related registry keys & delete them all

2 - I installed program normally as every time

3 - I tried to open the fusion , but its is same error

4 - I downloaded Fiddler & run it to start session

5 - I start recording session & open fusion

6 - I was waiting for error, but suddenly it opens !!!!! normally without any error

7 - I tried to same thing without Fiddler but this time error appeared again 😂😂

so there is a progress yesss, but it is weirdest progress at all

I need to thank you again & this is the log snapshot link from Fiddler:

https://redirect.getfiddler.com/open-fiddler.html#snapshotShared-4423ce89-6176-4e37-a863-65d2cc70cbf...

If it will help to understand WHAT IS HAPPENING HERE ?!!!

Till now fusion is working with prerequisite "Fiddler" 😅

This is super weird but I think we are getting close. I cannot access the link but if you can export the log that would be great. Will get back to you on what this could mean (that with Fiddler you are able to use the product correctly).
