i have education license before. and i create some project based on team. however after several months. i did not open my account. it becomes expired. today i try to export the file i create. and it get failed. so ithink it is because of expired license. so i searching out there the solution i get is got personal license. after i got this personal license. my file disappering. is there any chance to get this file back? do not have personal license is all right. i just need my file to backup.
please someone out there... help me
