Adding geometry to a milling operation via a (small) Selection Set is consuming ~5GB of memory and taking ~15 minutes to complete.

Steps to repro:

In Manufacturing, edit "THE RESOURCE INTENSIVE MILLING OP".

Select Geometry tab.

Press Selection Set5's "Select" popup button.

Hi,

Patterns, especially those with numerous instances, overwhelm the Fusion sketch solver. Therefore, the recommendation is to duplicate features (e.g. holes) or to use the pattern function in the manufacture environment.

>>

Create 1 circle in the sketch and make a hole via extrusion.
This is then generated in the Manufacture area and duplicated with a pattern.
