Is there a way to identify parts of different lengths as the same balloon number in Fusion 360?

Thanks for asking.

Fusion's drawing and assembly work together to produce the parts list. If the assembly has a separate component for each length, the drawing will reflect that. The balloon tool will provide a different number for each unique component.

You can workaround this by creating a sketch in the drawing, and making your own balloons. Or, using the leader/text command to place custom leader notes.

Then, for the parts list, use a custom table.

Does this help?
