Adding artwork to parts

I'm creating some 2.4mm thick shapes that will have art work printed onto them.

What is the best tool for adding the art work in Fusion 360

Hi,

what do you want to achieve?
1. Glue the bird as it is (flat) onto a second body.
2. Match the bird to the shape of a second body.

3. What does the 2nd body look like and how should the bird be applied.

It's a bit ambiguous what the artwork is and what the shapes are. You'll have to be more specific.

To clarify, 

The Bird will be laser-cut from 2.4mm plywwod. After which I want to print details onto it, probably from a jpg file matching the profile of the part. What I'm trying to do in fusion is preview what the 3D model will look like with the colours in place. All I have managed so far is a single colour for each body. I looking for a way of, as it were, pasting the jpg design onto the part. Thanks

Aha!

That shoupld e aesy to do!

You can insert the .jpg file as a decal and scale it to fit the object.
