Adaptive Clearing a Slot

 No matter what I do I cannot generate path with Adaptive Clearing. must enter .421 predrilled hole with .375 E-Mill. Any help would be great.

I really think you want to use a 2D Pocket operation instead of 2D Adaptive Clearing.  Also, since you can have a ramp on the slot cutting, I do not think you will need to pre-drill the slots.  Your model with my modifications is attached.

Now for some reason I can't open yours's. For the last hour it keeps saying, Try again after update completes. I'm not updating anything.

It could be you have a pending Fusion 360 update and you have not executed it.  Look at the indicated position and see if there is a very small "1" there.  If so, you have a pending update, simply restart Fusion 360.  Do it anyway.

Check the minimum cutting radius under the passes tab. Or use a smaller endmill.
