Active education license but save button grayed out

Active education license but save button grayed out

I cannot save any of my work.  The Save button is grayed out at all times.  I have an active education license that does not expire until next March.

Hi Phil,  I am his teacher and we have tried everything.  We have even had him try a different device with the same results.  His license is good until 2022.  I had logged him out and back in multiple times.  We are using Chromebooks as devices within the class.

Can you check which hub the student is using? (open the data panel, find the team hub list)
