Access to projects not in browser nor in desktops

Hello autodesk team!
I have a problem now for longer than a year. Somehow I cannot access or see my projects wether in the web interface nor in the Desktop App. I tired several desktops, also one with win7.
The issue started to occur when i changed my e-mail adress. This needed to be done because I am now working at the university and am teaching Fusion360 to students. Before that I was a student at the same university. Due to the change from student to employee my student e-mail adress got deactivated and the normal e-mail adress implemented (firstname.lastname(a)students.fh-linz.at changed to firstname.lastname(a)fh-linz.at). Somehow from that time point i lost access to the projects in my personal-user-storage. This storage also includes the files of my phd thesis. Since that time point i am in contact with your support team and now they sent me here to post my issue to this forum.
I hope you can help me to resolve this problem. It gets really frustrating already.
