Access to projects not in browser nor in desktops

Hello autodesk team!

 

I have a problem now for longer than a year. Somehow I cannot access or see my projects wether in the web interface nor in the Desktop App. I tired several desktops, also one with win7.

The issue started to occur when i changed my e-mail adress. This needed to be done because I am now working at the university and am teaching Fusion360 to students. Before that I was a student at the same university. Due to the change from student to employee my student e-mail adress got deactivated and the normal e-mail adress implemented (firstname.lastname(a)students.fh-linz.at changed to firstname.lastname(a)fh-linz.at). Somehow from that time point i lost access to the projects in my personal-user-storage. This storage also includes the files of my phd thesis. Since that time point i am in contact with your support team and now they sent me here to post my issue to this forum.

 

I hope you can help me to resolve this problem. It gets really frustrating already.

Did you create a new login ID, or change your existing email for your existing hub?

 

Do you see any of the older projects, or did you lose 100%. This would indicate you may have just made a new login ID.

 

Have you tried logging in with the previous login ID?

Thank you very much for your answer!

The projects are still linked to my account. I get nottifications if someone else makes changes to the files.

I did just change the e-mail address in the settings.

 

When I try to log in with my previous ID i get the message: "Diese E-Mail-Adresse oder dieser Benutzername wurde nicht erkannt." which is in english "The e-mail address or username is not recognized."

I'm logging a ticket* with the support team that solves this particular problem. (it's not a regular support item)

I just tried signed in again with my account. Now all other teams I participated got deleted from the Teams list. Also  my personal-user-storage (which includes my phd-thesis work) is not visible (got deleted?) anymore. Now it looks like that it never existed.

 

So far I can tell that there was something happening. But the result is worse than before. 😞
