Access for Lattice Structure Design in Fusion 360

Hi,

 i am currently doing my Masters Thesis on Lattice Structure. I got a month free trial on Lattice structure modelling in Fusion 360. I would like to extend for few more months till December. Can someone guide as to how to extend the trial period for Lattice modelling ?
