I had just archived a project in a Team, but I cannot find the archive tab. Has the place to access the archive moved? I could not find it. I had admin status on the Project. This is a screenshot of what I see:
It appears, for me, on the Project listing on my Team site. Are you an administrator of your Team?

According to this web article, you must be an Administrator to be use the Archive function to restore a Project.
