A couple of bugs/issues

A few things that may have been brought up before 

History slider STILL disappears occasionally

My view cube occasionally stops working, clicking any of the faces or home does nothing.

Midpoint constraint - When I draw 2 lines and select this it positions the midpoint of both lines together.  But if I draw a long construction line to use as a centre line, I can't use the midpoint command to align the centre of any lines drawn across this with the centre line and it wants to align the centre of both lines.  It needs a function to align the centre of one line to any point on another line

(Or make your selections in opposite order - as per your Design Intent.)
