So let me say that I the 4th axis is working correctly I think as when I cut something where the 4th axis is stationary the axis works fine then the part is spun 90 degrees and another pocket is cut it works great.  the problem that im having is that when im engraving on a cylinder using wrap toolpath the federate for the a, x and z axis is so fast it just breaks bits.  Here is the file.  Any help would be appreciated.  thanks

I’m pretty sure it has to do with inverse time but I was hoping that’s someone who has dealt with this could chime in.
