3Dconnection spacemouse is malfunction

my 3Dconnection SpaceMouse wireless only can zoom in and out by tilting the wheel up and down. rotating whatever doen't work such as in Autocad etc. I've no inventor installed, only use the Fusion360 for review etc in 3D.

please help...

Is PC, Windows10 Pro
I installed new today. Disn’t work before and also afterwards😉
Model is SpaceMouse Wireless

Fusion 360 is running in browser (I’ve tried edge and chrome both). Maybe is also an app available?

This sounds like a ChromeBook limitation and not a Fusion problem, sorry.

Can you provide a bit more info as to what you mean by "Fusion in Browser"? Are you an Educational license holder using "Fusion in Browser" (on a ChromeBook) which is open to educational institutions? , or are you referring to looking at models in the A360 browser?

in our company drawings are made in PDC and factory design. for the best visual selling possibilities the engineers polish up the 3D drawings with 3DS Max, and drop it in the cloud, Fusion360. in our salesteam we can open that drawings, with a browser on the PC. that's the issue. in this browser we cannot use the 3DConnexion possibilities of the mouse.

is there also a Fusion360, running as installed software and not in browser? from the Autodesk portal I can 'acces' only, not download. To download software you can download only a trial version.
