3D prints not working due to object in fusion not being solid?

I am making a section of roof with tiles in Fusion 360, I am very much a beginner. I have created what I need and have been trying to print it in Cura using the export to STL feature in Fusion. When I go to print it, if I can describe it correctly, there are bits of the "roof tile" appearing below in layers and causing it to print strangely. It causes the layers to print terribly and unevenly and ruins the final result. I have tried everything I can think of to make the object one solid piece in fusion but I can't seem to get it to work. Sorry if this is unclear I barely know how to describe the problem but any help would be greatly appreciated as it's for college! Thanks so much in advance, I'll attach screen grabs of the layers in cura. I'm not sure how sharing the file works but here is the link:

Any more information needed just let me know!

You will see outlines of the features as the layers increase since there is infill in the shingle area. I think your problems come from the fact that some of the shingles are partly hanging in mid air and don't have support. You should also have capture design history turned on.

Oh I see! Thank you very much! I stupidly turned capture design history off hoping it would help with the lag my laptop was getting from all my work, I'll turn it back on in the future! Is there anything I can do to fix this or will I need to remodel it?

I don't see any easy way to fix it now. It will be a good learning experience to start over with the timeline on, then you will get tips on how to proceed if you get stuck again. Make sure that you pattern bodies or faces and not sketches to make the repeating pattern.
