If any of you are having problem with smooth movements with your 3d connexion mouse, the solution is to ensure that your camera pivot is enabled. Check it out dev team. Please see video. The issue is isolated and repeatable.

I have this same problem, and I tried your solution, but to no avail.

It came back with my setup also. Seems the latest update disabled it for some reason?  I reenabled the camera pivot.. It went away just like that! MATCH MY SETTINGS EXACTLY AS SHOWN BELOW and tell me how it goes..

MAKE SURE YOU ENABLE CAMERA PIVOT IN YOUR PREFERENCES.. I BELIEVE it has something to do with the amount of objects it tracks for the current view ie when camera pivot is disabled I think it is tracking all the other items in the background even IF they aren't VISIBLE.

So it bogs down badly. Maybe non issue with an RTX3060 or something but yeah I think they probably need to streamline the code to not do this.
