3D Adaptive Clearing Corner not Machining - Small Area

Hello - Can anyone assist with understanding why this small section is not populating with a clearing line? the angle is not closed off and is actually larger than some of the other corners from an angle perspective. 1/16th end ball nose bit, with 3D adaptive clearing due to the multiple levels, however this section is flat and simply stops at the line shown.
