3-point arc display issue

Hi,

in the german forum a drawing display problem was described.
The cause seems to be the use of a 3 point arc tool.
If you replace the arcs with splines, the effect does not occur.

The drawing could also be created from the f3d attached above (#1).

The error occurs depending on the zoom factor.
